I created this service because, time and time again, I saw people in appointments struggling to advocate for what truly mattered to them.

After years working in acute mental health, the pattern became impossible to ignore,
People were leaving appointments feeling unheard, rushed, and at a loss about what to do next.

Not because clinicians didn’t care, but because the system is stretched so thin.

Short appointments with no time or space to explore what you value or want.

I kept hearing things like:
